Salt Awards

At Salt, our five core values are more than words—they're the foundation of our culture and how we work together every day. They inspire great work, build strong relationships, and set us apart as a team.

The Salt Awards are our opportunity to celebrate individuals who truly live out these values. When you submit a nomination, your nominee will receive it in real time. Let them know the impact they've made, right when it matters.

Who Can Be Nominated?

We're recognizing team members from Entry Level (CO or equivalent) up to Senior Manager (Supervisor or equivalent) across five agency groups:

• Account Management
• Creative & Design
• Connected Services (Connections, Strategy, Digital, Studios, Social, Creator, Shopper Marketing, Sponsorship, Product)
• Internal Services (AI, Ops, Office)
• Media

Please note: Leadership team members (Director level and above) are not eligible for this program.

This team member actively seeks opportunities to go beyond their job description. They continuously look for ways to develop their skills, improve their performance, and contribute more to the team.

This team member brings innovation to everything they touch. They lead with curiosity about clients, teams, and the organization, consistently finding ways to create value for their team and the company.

This team member models inclusion and collaboration. They actively engage peers and colleagues across the organization, bringing different perspectives together to uncover new ideas and better ways of working.

Key Dates

• Nomination Window: October 13–23, 2026
• Winners Announced: November 18, at Salt Day
• Recognition: Winners will receive an additional $500 in Salt Bucks in 2027.

How to Nominate

• Reflect on a colleague who exemplifies one or more of Salt's core values.
• Share specific examples of their impact—what they've done, how they show up, and why it matters.
• Your nomination message will be delivered to the nominee immediately upon submission. Be thoughtful and genuine. This is your opportunity to recognize them in a meaningful and personal way.

How Winners Are Selected

A cross-functional selection committee will review all nominations and select winners based on:

• The strength and specificity of the examples shared.
• The nominee's alignment with Salt's core values.
• The impact of their contributions to their team, clients, and the organization.
